Dear Kurt Loder,
Your review of Micheal Moore’s SiCKO was lame and filled with High-profile Journalist Conventional-type Wisdom — and that is the LAST THING I would expect from an MTV newser.
To quote your review: “As a proud socialist, the director appears to feel that there are few problems in life that can’t be solved by government regulation (that would be the same government that’s already given us the U.S. Postal Service and the Department of Motor Vehicles)”
That is stupid on several levels. #1: Mike loves the U.S. and says so constantly. That’s mainly to debunk what he knows morons like Kurt Loder will say. Check his Larry King transcript from Friday if you aren’t sure, Kurt. #2: the Post Office is pretty damn good at what it does, imho, and it routinely runs on budget if not at a profit. (Someone got stuck with too many 39 cent stamps?) #3: Most DMV’s are run by states. Yeah, they aren’t the greatest bureaucracies in the world, but I can do most stuff in CO’s DMV by mail or internet now.
Get you head out of your ass, Kurt. And look up “socialist” as a first task.

okay, I am from Newport Beach Orange County California. why in the hell does mtv have to make Orange County even worste. they had to have the OC tv show, L beach, and this. come on. I understand u want to make the little girls watch this. what happened to the real MTV. music vid and just music vid. come on

I heard that Britney Spears might host the vmas! i got really exited and i think that it’s a great idea! i mean… she can be kind of crazy but she has been going through a lot i guess.. idn… i would looove if she hosted the vma! i know she might be hard to count on… but i think i would be great!

Hey. There’s a lot of great shows on MTV, but it’s so caught up in Laguna Beach, my Super Sweet 16, Made, etc. What happened to some of the old shows? Like Room Raiders? And I would really really love it if you showed Tiara Girls more. Have you stopped showing it all together? I hope not, cause I’ve only seen like 4 episodes. Like, you can tell you have your favorites, cause there’s like 3 that you would play, and I’ve never gotten to see the episode about Megan Wettach. I would be so extremely happy if I could see that, because Megan was my pageant director this summer. I don’t know if this is the way I’m supposed to tell you, if the right people will see it. But if not, please tell them to play Tiara Girls, and make some new episodes. Like Amy said about having a show that’s more “real”, not all the girls have to act like stuck up brats. I know some really are like that, but it sends a bad image for pageant girls.
