Why won’t videos play on either mtv.com site anymore? It says that they can’t be played outside the US, but I am in Los Angeles! It’s been like this for a couple weeks now.

Regina Aletto and David Longacre - Similar to the way Record labels own artists, production companies actually own the television shows. So if you have an idea or pitch you feel needs to be produced, your best bet is reaching out to any one of a variety of production companies. Merrittat – Unfortunately we are not casting for Pimp My Ride at this time. However, keep an eye on the Casting Calls section of the website. You can find it by clicking ONTV, and clicking the arrow button that is furthest to the right of the menu on the page (next to Show Photos). If you see an updated version of Pimp My Ride pop up, I suggest jumping at the opportunity!

Its been driving me crazy, what is the song played on Three 6 Mafias Spring Break Adventures when they are getting ready to parasail, it sounds like Latin music and maybe some singing (Olay Olay….)? I’ve been trying to figure it out because I like it. Any help?

Thank you thank you thank you! The site is SO MUCH IMPROVED! The previous site with all the video and flash was just to cumbersome and slow to navigate. But this is a marked improvement! I applaud the improvements!!

I need tech support! I recently cleaned up unused files on my computer and now when I try to watch episodes of shows on MTV.COM, it says I need to install Flash. I do install but it still keeps circling back to that and I can’t watch any of my shows. Help!

Concerning the Road Rules show, I would like to see it go back to the original roots of the show where those on the RV had to earn their way across the US by working in odd different jobs and then get paid for that job. The group seemed to get along much better because they had to work together and they were more motivated to get the next mission done. Not that they didn’t have fun or down time, they did. However there wasn’t the disjointed splinter groups they now have.
The original idea, at least I thought it was, was to learn how to get along with total strangers in a very cramped location and to do things that they wouldn’t even think of doing before then. Just as Mark from Season 1 (I think he was on season 1). He’d be the one to tell you which was a better way of doing Road Rules… then or now. Thanks for reading this.

I am trying to get my car on Pimp My Ride. I have a 1991 BMW 535i 5 speed, the last of the real BMWs. It can use a major overhaul and I cannot afford it. It would make a great looking pimped out ride. It would be a very strong and successful episode. I can really use your help MTV …

Do you guys even check what you have your music videos linked to? Half of the music videos are incorrectly linked. Why dont you try uploading a new html page that is actually up-to-date, if your aren’t too busy with your lame programming. Some people actually expect music videos from a “Music Television” channel/website.

Dear MTV,
I think what you are doing is killing this generation. YOu play shows that have people having sex on them and cussing, drinking, killing, doing drugs, and ect. Then you show commericials for Safe sex and talikn to your kids about pot. You are Hipocrits. I am a christina girl and do not like what i see. I Think you need to try to do something about it or cancle the network.

To all those hoping to be cast on various programs (Made, True Life, Pimp My Ride) – Please direct your attention to the Casting Calls section of the website. There you will find the latest updated info on shows that are currently casting. Unfortunately, if it is not listed, there are no auditions at this time. However, make sure you check back in often. Just Click on Click on ONTV – Casting Calls. Hopefully we’ll see you on our network very shortly.
Anonymous – Concerning your Flash issue. I have passed this information along to our Tech Dept in hopes that they can provide some insight. We are also looking into any and all link issues with videos. Stay tuned…
Anonymous – This is certainly the first time I have ever caught wind of Ciara being a man, but upon doing a quick search discovered this seems to be a popular urban legend. While we can not find any reliable sources indicating either way, I think this is most likely a bit of a myth…
Young Christian Teenager - I guess I don’t understand why you are chastising MTV for promoting Safe Sex and Anti-Drug agendas. We try and broadcast content that kids can relate with; content that is the reality of a lot of kid’s lives. And, there are a lot of unhealthy influences out there that people get wrapped up in. Some of it we choose to display; some we do not. But we always sound off about the dangers and life altering consequences of getting wrapped up in things like unprotected sex and drugs. It is the responsible thing to do. Don’t you agree?

I really need to know who decided that the show taquita and kaui would be a good idea. You should really take it off the air immediatly. It is obviously I huge waste of money that could have been spent somewhere else. Believe me, I watch the silly shows on this station, but this one I really dont understand. Who are they anyways….if you really needed to do a offspin of making the band, you should have done one with aubrey and andrea. Im sorry but this one is really dissapointing. I think a reality show about me and my roommates would be just as exciting and interesting as this one.
